PETITION TO ADOPT AMEND OR REPEAL A RULE

In accordance with Louisiana Revised Statutes 49:964 and Louisiana Administrative Code 46:XLVII.3319, an interested person may petition the Louisiana State Board of Nursing requesting the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule. To petition for changes to the board’s current rules, or for the adoption of new rules within the board’s purview, an interested person shall submit a petition to the LSBN.
